The worse place ever I saw! Me and my friends came there after a big walk in Viareggio. 1) The senior waitress took us to serve. She constantly released stupid, stupid jokes, not even able to understand that we simply want to enjoy delicious food. We asked her to bring menu. She replied that the menu is on the table. There were 4 sheets on the table. But they are WITHOUT PRICES! 2) Then, when the other visitors came, she relegated our table unsmiling little Italian. She even forgot to serve glasses for wine! We had to to remind her! 3) We ordered grigliata mista (it was stated that there should be a minimum of 2 persons for this order). So we were 4 persons, then we have to order 2 grigliata. She brought one small dish and put it in front by 2 of my friends. I and another man were waiting for their portion. But it was not! To the question "Where our Grigliata?" she responded with surprise that this (first plate) was for 4 persons (in single plate!) and in this small plate were 2 grigliata. Of course, we do not agree with this, but no arguments about the fact that it is trite fraud and theft were not working! The evening was spoiled! We have tried to appeal to the Carabineros, who told us that this is normal price and the normal situation and that all restaurants and trattotias in Viareggio do so - do not give a menu with prices, to deceive the public. Total for 2 antipasto and 2 dishes with 4 shrimp and 2 langustines, 4 beers and 1 liter of "vino della casa", we paid 130 euros. Never ever visit that place! They cheat, they steal your money! WORSE PLACE!!
